National Grid gas main replacement project update:
On Tuesday (4/4/17) 240 feet of gas main was installed on West Street to finish the block between Tibbits St and Bleeker St.
On Wednesday (4/5/17) National Grid will be working in the intersection of West Street & Bleecker Street. Once they are through with the intersection they will continue to install main down West Street between Bleecker Street and Arch Street.
The following parking restrictions will be in place on Wednesday and Thursday:
- No parking on the West side of West St from Bleecker Street to Arch Street
- No parking on Both sides of Bleecker Street from West Street to Cohoes Avenue
In addition to the parking restrictions, West Street from Bleeker Street to Arch Street will be closed except for local traffic tomorrow on Wednesday, April 5th.
