The Village of Green Island Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at 6:10 p.m. at the Green Island Municipal Center, 19 George Street, Green Island to consider the following requests:

• Presentation by Luizzi Companies on the proposed distribution facility project consisting of two (2) facilities amounting to a total of 150,000 sq. ft. to be sited on 25 Tibbits Avenue/147 Cannon Street. The property is zoned Industrial (I).
• Presentation by TFB Development, Inc. on the proposed self-storage unit project consisting of +/- 103 self-storage units to be sited on a portion of 17 Albany Avenue. The property is zoned Industrial (I).

Interested parties may appear and be heard.
