The Village of Green Island Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 20, 2026 at 6:05 p.m. at the Green Island Municipal Center, 19 George Street, Green Island, New York to hear the following requests:

• Presentation by TFB Development Inc. on the proposed Flex Space Storage Facility development project to be sited on a portion of 17 Albany Avenue, Green Island. The property is zoned Industrial (I).
