Planning Board

The Village of Green Island Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at 6:10 p.m. at the Green Island Municipal Center, 19 George Street, Green Island to consider the following requests:

• Request from Dave Ahl, Chief Operating Officer for 100 Cohoes Ventures, LLC, owner of 100 Cohoes Avenue, Green Island, NY requesting a Special Use Permit on behalf of prospective tenant, Renuity Operations LLC (aka Mad City Windows & Bath). to occupy 25,000 sq. ft. of the building, 2,250 sq. ft. will be office space and the remainder will be warehouse space for its home improvement contracting business. The property is zoned Industrial (I).

Interested parties may appear and be heard.
