Please be advised that there will be a Special Meeting of the Village of Green Island Industrial Development Agency on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. at the Green Island Village Offices, 20 Clinton Street, Green Island, New York.
The purpose of the special meeting is in regard to consideration of a potential River’s Edge refunding of existing bonds.
The agenda will include:
a. Acceptance of IDA Application
b. Discussion of timetable, including the scheduling of a Public Hearing
c. Consideration of SEQR Resolution
d. Consideration of Preliminary Inducement Resolution
