The Village of Green Island Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 24, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. at the Green Island Municipal Center, 19 George Street, Green Island to consider the following request:
- Request from Jody and Deborah Baldwin, owners of 127 Cannon Street, Green Island, NY requesting an area variance for a rear setback requirement from 15’ to 2’ for the purpose of erecting a storage shed. The property is zoned Residential 1 (R1).
