The Village of Green Island will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 16, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. at the Green Island Municipal Center, 19 George Street, Green Island, NY.
The purpose of the public hearing is to consider Local Law No. 1 of 2015. A local law amending Chapter 140 – entitled “Streets and Sidewalks” of the Code of the Village of Green Island and hereby repealing Section 140-7 and Section 140-8 in their entirety and adopting a new Section 140-7, 140-8 and 140-8.1 pertaining to removal of snow from sidewalks.
All interested parties may appear and be heard.
