The property is part of a Planned Development District (PDD).
• Request from Chuck Pafundi Jr., owners representative for South Island Apartments, LLC, 10 Starbuck Drive, Green Island, NY requesting a Special Use Permit on behalf of “Sea Smoke Seafood and Grill”, also Seasmoke Table, LLC at 10 Starbuck Drive, Green Island, NY for a restaurant. The property is part of a Planned Development District (PDD).
