The Village of Green Island IDA will be holding a public hearing on Wednesday, November 17th at 3pm at the Municipal Center, 19 George Street. The public hearing pertains to South Island Apartments, LLC, requesting additional financial assistance in the form of an additional mortgage recording tax exemption benefit with respect to additional financing being obtained for the project.
