The Village of Green Island has received information that a person that has tested positive for COVID-19 has had contact with participants who attend the Green Island Senior Citizens Center. It should be emphasized that the person who has tested positive has not been to the Senior Center. However, out of an abundance of caution, we have decided to close the center on Wednesday and Thursday in order to assure the safety of our senior participants.
