- Request from James Connelly, owner of 102 Bleecker Street, Green Island, NY requesting an area variance in rear setback requirements from 15 ft. to 2 ft. for the purpose of installing a swim spa. The property is zoned Residential 1 (R1).
Chairperson Swinton will ask owner/representative to give a brief overview of their proposal
Chairperson Swinton asked Maggie Alix, Fire/Bldg. Inspector if she had any comments
Chairperson Swinton will open to public for any comments or questions
