The Village of Green Island Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 15, 2024, at 6:10 p.m. at the Green Island Municipal Center, 19 George Street, Green Island to consider the following requests:

• Request from Paul Goldman, Representative of Grimm Real Estate, Inc., requesting a Special Use Permit on behalf of prospective tenant, Fisher Auto Parts, a regional retailer/distributor of aftermarket auto parts, to occupy space at 13 Cannon Street. The space was formerly occupied by AutoPlus. The property is zoned Residential 2 (R2).

Interested parties may appear and be heard.
