O’Brien, owner of 4 Center Court, Green Island, NY requesting a Special Use Permit on behalf of prospective tenant, Greg Catlin, who wishes to use the warehouse space for personal use – store tools, equipment and two (2) personal vehicles. The property is zoned Industrial (I).
  2. Request from Chuck Pafundi Jr., owners representative for South Island Apartments, 10 Starbuck Drive, Green Island, NY requesting a Special Use Permit on prospective tenant, “On the Island Wine and Liquor, LLC” to operate a liquor store at this location.  The property is part of a Planned Development District (PDD).
