The Village of Green Island Planning Board will hold a virtual public hearing on Monday, March 15, 2021 at 6:10 p.m. via Zoom. The meeting can be viewed via “Live Stream” through the Village website – www.villageofgreenisland.com/village/planning-and-zoning-boards to consider the following requests:

• Request from Khalan S. O’Brien, owner of 4 Center Court, Green Island, NY requesting a Special Use Permit on behalf of prospective tenant, Matthew Falconio, owner of Premium Property Services, who wishes to use the warehouse space for storage of his vehicles, trailers, snowplows, lawn mowing equipment and miscellaneous tools. The property is zoned Industrial (I).
• Request from Chuck Pafundi Jr., owners representative for South Island Apartments, LLC, 10 Starbuck Drive, Green Island, NY requesting a Special Use Permit for +/- 6 to 8 executive style business offices amounting to about 2,000 to 2,500 sq. ft. The businesses would consist of smaller sole proprietors or micro offices like real-estate agents, attorneys, photographers, etc. The property is part of a Planned Development District (PDD).
• Request from Chuck Pafundi Jr., owners representative for South Island Apartments, LLC, 10 Starbuck Drive, Green Island, NY requesting a Special Use Permit on behalf of prospective tenant, “One Oak Atelier, LLC” for a hair salon. The property is part of a Planned Development District (PDD).
