The Village of Green Island Planning Board will hold a virtual public hearing on Monday, April 19, 2021 at 6:10 p.m. via Zoom.  The meeting can be viewed via “Live Stream” through the Village website – www.villageofgreenisland.com/village/planning-and-zoning-boards to consider the following requests:

  • Request from Chuck Pafundi Jr., owners representative for South Island Apartments, LLC, 10 Starbuck Drive, Green Island, NY requesting a Special Use Permit on behalf of “Prestige Vending” at 10 Starbuck Drive, Green Island, NY for a clerk less micro market.   The property is part of a Planned Development District (PDD).
