The Village of Green Island Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, November, 21, 2022 at 6:10 p.m. at the Green Island Municipal Center, 19 George Street, Green Island to consider the following requests:

• Request from Dave Ahl, Chief Operating Officer for 100 Cohoes Ventures, LLC, owner of 100 Cohoes Avenue, Green Island, NY requesting a Special Use Permit on behalf of prospective tenant, National Carwash Solutions (“NCS”) to occupy 50,000 square feet of the new 120,000 sf building, which is currently under construction. They are a provider of carwash equipment, solutions and service to the carwash industry. This will be a storage facility. The property is zoned Industrial (I).

Interested parties may appear and be heard.

NOTE – There will be a presentation to update all boards on the proposed Factory Town Development Project. It will be immediately following the Planning Board meeting prior to the Village Board of Trustees meeting.
