The Village of Green Island Planning Board will hold a virtual public hearing on Monday, May 17, 2021 at 6:10 p.m. via Zoom.  The meeting can be viewed via YouTube or “Live Stream” through the Village website – www.villageofgreenisland.com/village/planning-and-zoning-boards to consider the following requests:

  • Request from David Ahl, Exec. Vice President of Green Island Properties, LLC requesting a Special Use Permit on behalf of Ecovative Design, LLC and its affliliate, Atlast Food Company, to expand into vacant space at 60 Cohoes Avenue. The property is zoned Industrial (I).
