The Village of Green Island Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 15, 2023 at 6:10 p.m. at the Green Island Municipal Center, 19 George Street, Green Island to consider the following requests:

• Request from Adam Frosino, Project Manager on behalf of 25 Tibbits Avenue, LLC Development, property is 147 Cannon Street, Green Island, NY (the former R. Freedman/EMR Recycling site). They are requesting for Site Plan approval. The proposed development includes two (2) distribution facilities amounting to a sum of 150,000 sq. ft. with one facility being 30,000 sq. ft. and the second facility being 120,000 sq. ft. The property is zoned Industrial (I).
• Request from Thomas F. Bethon, President of TFB Development, Inc., owner of 17 Albany Avenue, Green Island, NY requesting Site Plan approval for the proposed siting of a self-storage unit project consisting of ± 103 self-storage units on a portion of 17 Albany Avenue. The property is zoned Industrial (I).
