The Village of Green Island Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 21, 2022 at 6:10 p.m. at the Green Island Municipal Center, 19 George Street, Green Island to consider the following requests:

• Request from James D. Finning, owner of 4 Center Court, Green Island, NY granting authorization to tenant, Mack’s Moving Company to request a Special Use Permit for use of 3,500 sq. ft. of the building for trucks and storage units. The property is zoned Industrial (I).
• Request from James D. Finning, owner of 4 Center Court, Green Island, NY granting authorization to Chuck Pafundi Jr., owner’s representative for Elite Marble & Stone, LLC, to request a Special Use Permit for prospective tenant, Elite Marble & Stone, LLC to occupy 7,200 sq. ft. of space for fabrication of stone countertops. The property is zoned Industrial (I).
• Request from Khalan O’Brien of JBH Properties, LLC, owner of 4A Center Court, Green Island granting authorization to Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless to apply for land use approvals for a proposed telecommunications facility. The Planning Board will be provided an overview of the cell tower project from Attorney David Brennan, representing the applicant. The property is zoned Industrial (I).
