PLANNING BOARD
The Village of Green Island Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 18, 2024 at 6:10 p.m. at the Green Island Municipal Center, 19 George Street, Green Island to consider the following requests:
• Request from Todd Grimm, President of Grimm Building Material Co., requesting a Special Use Permit on behalf of prospective tenant, Hudson Valley Wireless, a provider and installer of high speed wireless internet, to occupy space at 11 Cannon Street. The property is zoned Residential 2 (R2).
Interested parties may appear and be heard.
