The Village of Green Island Planning Board will hold a virtual public hearing on Monday, June 21, 2021 at 6:10 p.m. via Zoom. The meeting can be viewed via “Live Stream” through the Village website – www.villageofgreenisland.com/village/planning-and-zoning-boards to consider the following requests:

• Request from Chuck Pafundi Jr., owners representative for South Island Apartments, LLC, 10 Starbuck Drive, Green Island, NY requesting a Special Use Permit on behalf of “Dr. Pamela Kaw, Ophthalmology and Pediatric Ophthalmology, Eye Health Center” at 10 Starbuck Drive, Green Island, NY for an eye doctor’s office. The property is part of a Planned Development District (PDD).
• Request from Chuck Pafundi Jr., owners representative for South Island Apartments, LLC, 10 Starbuck Drive, Green Island, NY requesting a Special Use Permit on behalf of “Sash and Frame”, at 10 Starbuck Drive, Green Island, NY for a general office and display for a high-end European window and doors. The property is part of a Planned Development District (PDD).
