The Village of Green Island Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 20, 2022 at 6:10 p.m. via Zoom.  The meeting can be viewed via “Live Stream” through the Village website – www.villageofgreenisland.com/village/planning-and-zoning-boards to consider the following request:

  • Request from Khalan O’Brien of JBH Properties, LLC, owner of 4A Center Court, Green Island granting authorization to Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless to apply for land use approvals for a proposed telecommunications facility.  The Planning Board will be considering approval of Site Plan review and a Special Use Permit.  The property is zoned Industrial (I).
