The Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Annual Public Meeting will not be held this year due to the COVID-19 situation. The purpose of the meeting is always to explain the MS4 permit process, our relation with the Stormwater Coalition of Albany County and to highlight Green Island’s efforts to maintain clean water as outlined in our annual report. The DRAFT Joint Annual Report for the 2019-2020 reporting period and our Storm Water Management Program Plan (SWMPP) is for the public to read and is available at www.stormwateralbanycounty.org . Public comments and questions are strongly encouraged by May 15th and these can be shared electronically using the Stormwater Coalition website interface (https://www.stormwateralbanycounty.org); or by e-mail (swcoalition@albanycounty.com or seanw@villageofgreenisland.com).
