We have 2 additional road projects happening this week – intersection striping on George Street, and paving of Dudley Avenue and the Veterans Memorial Stadium lower parking lot. Please expect delays in both areas.
Green Island and Albany County DPW’s will be striping the George Street intersections Wednesday (9/25/19) and Thursday (9/26/19) from 6:30am-12:30pm. They will be starting at Tibbits Avenue and working south.
Thursday (9/25/19) from 7am-7pm, Luizzi Brothers will be paving Dudley Avenue (the entrance road to the “big field”) and the entire parking lot. Access to the stadium and little league will be from Tibbits Avenue only. Local traffic only will be allowed on Arch Street (west of Cohoes Avenue) during this time.
