Halloween Parade

The annual Halloween Parade will form at 5:30 pm at the intersection of George and Hamilton Streets and start at 6:00 pm by proceeding north on George Street; west on Arch Street; north on High Street and east on Bleecker Street directly to the Paine Street Park. Prizes will be awarded for the best costumes and floats. Refreshments will be served at the Paine Street Park after the parade.
