On Wednesday, June 6th, the Village of Green Island held its second public workshop to discuss preliminary housing, economic and community revitalization recommendations. The purpose of the public workshop was to obtain public input into preliminary housing access, improvement, development and ownership recommendations.
Paul Cummings, from the Chazen Group presented multiple project ideas, programs and efforts that the Village, with proper funding, could develop or continue to nurture throughout our community. The ideas and suggestions that were presented are based on the feedback that was received at the first public workshop that was held on March 13th.
