The Village of Green Island will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 29, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. at the Green Island Municipal Center, 19 George Street, Green Island, NY. A Special Meeting of the Village Board of Trustees will occur immediately after the public hearing.
The purpose of the public hearing is to consider Local Law No. 4 of 2015. A local law amending Chapter 169 – §169-17 – Zoning Map. The purpose of this legislation is to update the Village Zoning Map to include the Planned Development District for 21 Albany Avenue, Green Island, NY. The Village Board agenda includes items pertaining to the SEQR determination and action on the proposed Local Law No. 4.
All interested parties may appear and be heard.
