The Village of Green Island Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 21, 2025, at 6:10 p.m. at the Green Island Municipal Center, 19 George Street, Green Island, to consider the following requests:

• Request from Tom Bethon, President of TFB Development, requesting a Special Use Permit on behalf of prospective tenant, Rock Body Works Massage Therapy. They would occupy 1400 square feet of space formerly occupied by USA Recruiting Center at 39 Lower Hudson Avenue. The property is zoned Industrial (I).
• Request from Green Island Properties, LLC, requesting a Special Use Permit on behalf of prospective tenant Forward Air, LLC. They would occupy 8000 square feet of warehouse space of the building located at 70 Cohoes Avenue. The property is zoned Industrial (I).

Interested parties may appear and be heard.
