PLANNING BOARD NOTICE

The Village of Green Island Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 19th, 2024 at 6:10 p.m. at the Green Island Municipal Center, 19 George Street, Green Island to consider the following requests:

• Request from Adam Frosino, on behalf of Factory Town Residential Development, LLC, for a site plan review for the proposed Planned Development District (PDD) for the Factory Town residential development project to be sited on approximately 33 acres of land between the Hudson River and Cannon Street.

Interested parties may appear and be heard.
