The Village of Green Island Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 20, 2024 at 6:10 p.m. at the Green Island Municipal Center, 19 George Street, Green Island to consider the following requests:
• Preliminary Design for SEQR Review and Approval request from Adam Frosino, on behalf of Factory Town Residential Development, LLC. The proposed Factory Town Project consists of residential development to be sited on approximately 33 acres of land between the Hudson River and Cannon Street. The property will be considered for a Planned Development District (PDD).
Interested parties may appear and be heard.
